Responsibilities:
- Provide support for daily financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Establish strategic partnerships with operations, logistics, and fulfillment services to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Conduct monthly reporting, sales forecasting, budgeting, and manage inventory/raw materials.
- Perform e-commerce growth analysis, possessing strong report writing and analytics skills.
- Examine market trends to derive insightful conclusions for future business growth and develop corresponding growth strategies.
- Verify data accuracy, standardize formats, manage replenishment, and investigate abnormalities.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to prepare income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
- Process vendor invoices.
Qualifications:
- Hold a minimum diploma in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Preferably proficient in Dynamics 365 and Excel.
