*Candidates to be comfortable with office location moving to Kim Chuan area in 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day purchasing operation from other internal departments
- Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for non-technical items
- Track orders, ensure timely delivery and delivery schedules
- Check, process all invoices and perform good receipts in the BC system
- Verify the charges from local ports, external launches and freight
- Coordinate the food provision and freshwater supply
- Handle internal launches purchases
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the similar / related industries
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
