We are seeking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in the Railway Industry with expertise in Rolling Stock Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Owns Configuration and Design Change Management for the project.
- Manages technical system performances and provides feedback to relevant services platform.
- Optimizes scope and tasks of Maintenance plan.
- Supports cost reduction actions, including sourcing and industrial.
- Detects, defines, and implements modifications for improved reliability and serviceability of maintained products.
- Updates technical documentation for projects.
- Supports Product Safety management system to mitigate safety risks promptly.
- Manages Obsolescence Plan.
- Ensures regulations and standards compliance.
- Interfaces with stakeholders in Certification processes.
- Develops work instructions and processes from maintenance plans and manuals.
- Analyzes technical system performance and maintenance plan efficiency, initiating action plans for improvement.
- Manages technical documentation and interfaces with MMIS.
- Develops standardized tools/processes to improve maintenance efficiency.
- Efficient parts codification in line with Platform rules and quality requirements.
- Prepares project monthly maintenance report with contractual reliability and availability targets.
- Establishes and monitors fleet reliability improvement plans, taking proactive actions.
- Develops and maintains LCC model by sub-system and reporting.
- Manages risks and savings related to LCC.
- Proposes actions to optimize Maintenance plans and LCC.
- Identifies improvement actions in maintenance operations, collaborating with Operations Engineers.
- Promotes the use of the latest maintenance techniques and R&D developments (CBM, RCM, Lean).
- Analyzes failure criticality studies and utilizes RCM and other methodologies to optimize maintenance requirements.
- Calculates material, parts, and time consumption.
- Performance measurements: OTD, QCD, PMC, Project reliability/availability/cost targets
Qualifications:
- University degree in Railway Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in Railways system/Application engineering, with knowledge of rolling stock equipment.
- Knowledge of rolling stock maintenance.
- Working knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, BI/BO.
This is a 12 months contract role.
