Job Description & Requirements
- Oversee a team of Cleaners and Dish washers, Housekeeping Supervisors and Operations Assistants in their respective area cluster/zone
- Report directly to the GM on all operational, administration and HR matters, planning and implementation of projects and activities, recruitment, training and development of team, customers feedback and overall market environment
- Possess good communication and organisational skills, with strong leadership and managerial skills to lead and motivate team members to perform and exceed customers’ expectations and needs.
- Develop and implement training plan/program/SOP/WSH, to build core competencies and skills of all team members, in order to deliver operational excellence and great customer experience for our clients and business partners
- Liaise and work closely with clients and business partners, understanding their preferences and expectations, to develop great relationship, build trust and deliver great customer service standards always.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in housekeeping and/or hospitality industry will be an advantage
- May require to communicate with China workers. Knowledge of mandarin dialects is essential.
- Must possess a class 3 driving license
We are a cleaning services company which specialises in cleaning and maintenance services for offices, hotels, condominiums, shopping centres, supermarkets, food courts, discotheques, etc. We also provide dish washing and kitchen cleaning services for food courts, restaurants, and other F&B outlets.
