SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Identify potential clients in the IT sector and establish relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Present IT products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales deals.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Understand clients' IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email, websites) to reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Network with potential clients and industry professionals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder and above in related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Willingness to collaborate with sales teams, technical teams, and management.
  • Understanding of how different departments work together within a company.
