Job Description & Requirements
1. Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department
2. Report directly to the Senior Operations Manager on all operational, administration and HR matters, planning and implementation of projects and activities, recruitment, training and development of team, customers feedback and overall market environment
3. Possess great communication and organisational skills, with strong leadership and managerial skills to lead and motivate team members to perform and exceed customers’ expectations and needs.
4. Develop and implement training plan/program/SOP/WSH, to build core competencies and skills of all team members, in order to deliver operational excellence and great customer experience for our clients and business partners
5. Liaise and work closely with clients and business partners, understanding their preferences and expectations, to develop great relationship, build trust and deliver great customer service standards always
6. Able to liaise and communicate with China workers
7. Possess a Class 3 driving licence
8. 2 to 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in housekeeping and/or hospitality industry will be an advantage
