Job Description:
- Answer customer queries in a professional manner (WhatsApp, Email, Phone, etc)
- Create, prepare and sending of quotation and invoice
- Coordination between internal departments & operation team
- Knowledge on usage of Google Ads and other marketing platforms
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales / Marketing
- Knowledge and experience in marketing ads is a plus
- Good Command of English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients
