Job Opportunity Highlights:
- Competitive Salary: Up to $2500 + Quarterly Bonus/Join In Bonus
- Location: Islandwide
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week / 9 hrs shift (Including of 1 hour break)
- Company transport provided for night shift (Only applicable for staff who worked till closing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
- Greet and direct guest to designated room.
- Record orders, serve food and beverages.
- Input orders into point-of-sales system.
- Provide basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
- All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum a GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
