Job Description
· Able to create a recipe list for the cocktails.
· Mixing of ingredients and preparation of cocktails
· Able to execute the creative process for the theme of the bar’s concept menu, as well able to suggest drinks to fit the menu.
· Assist with invoice and inventory management
· In charge of ensuring that all SOPs, standards, par levels, ordering, stock and costs are met and fulfilled as per standards
· Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
· Maintenance of the bar hygiene and cleanliness standards.
· Interact with customers and maintain good relationships with customers.
· Able to perform cashier and order-taking duties.
· Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the preparation process.
· Ensure the maintenance of equipment and flag for servicing or repairs when needed
Location: Boat Quay
Working hours: 4pm - 2am (Monday - Saturday)
OFF every Sunday
Requirements
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a general or hotel bar.
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving of beverages a prerequisite.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Positive, motivated, passionate and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.
• Creative thinker, especially when it comes to food & beverage presentation or concepts.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, guest-facing work environment.
• Outgoing, friendly, extroverted.
• Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays
