Hiring Position: a full-time Accounts Executive cum secretary to join immediately. This is a permanent role.
Only Singaporeans
5 days work week (Mon to Fri- work in office)
About the Group
Our Client’s team is made up of 25 people in Service Industry , Exhibition.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assist MD in Hotel bookings and flight management
- Emailing Christmas card for MD once a year based on his yearly renew VIP list
- Occasionally preparing type message for MD
- Liaise with company travel agency for MD travel
- Preparing MD travel receipt for submission
- Any other admin work issued by the MD
- Manage the office Petty Cash
- Handle Accounts Receivable and payable using MYOB software, monitor banking transactions inwards and outwards, also fees incurred.
- Chase payments for exhibition and otherprojects, make payments for vendors after exhibitions and others.
- Reporting to Finance and Administrative Director
Technical skills
Diploma in Accounting and Business preferred
Accounting Experience required.
Soft skills
Creative problem solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of MYOB will be advantage.
