HUMAN RESOURCE
- Responsible for preparing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR8A, IR21 submission, etc.
- Provide support in employee life cycle process such as recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding activities
- Process HR benefits claims, leave application, and maintain personnel file record
- Responsible for work passes application (WP, Spass), renewal, and cancellation for foreigner employees.
- Assist in staff insurance claim and renewals i.e. WICA or medical injuries
- Any ad-hoc admin duties assigned and assist finance team.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holders with relevant certificates and experience
- Preferably with Shipyard/Marine/Oil & Gas experience & knowledge
- Committed and responsible Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, yet able to work independently
- Pro-active and able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure
- Meticulous and resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
