Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Admin & HR Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting human resources functions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in payroll & employee record management, HR policies and general office operations. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute payroll and pay slips to employees.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees and management.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboard new employees by facilitating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing feedback as well as delivering key messages to employees in a clear, positive, and efficient manner
  • Organize employee engagement and bonding activities.
  • Assist in performance management processes including conducting employee evaluations and maintaining performance records.
  • Actively understand government policies and seek out available subsidies and grants from relevant authorities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and all other government-related claims as well as administering work passes application/issuance/renewal/cancellation
  • Perform general administrative duties including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining office equipment and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of HR-related experience
  • Good understanding of HR processes, payroll procedures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
