Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated PowerBI Analyst for a Multinational Corporation (MNC). The Analyst will play a crucial role in translating complex data into actionable recommendations, developing intuitive PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights into key business metrics. This position requires a results-driven professional with a passion for data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualise and analyse data effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expertise in data visualisation best practices, ensuring dashboards are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in PowerBI and other relevant technologies, recommending enhancements and optimisations as needed.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimising processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of data analytics efforts.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics with a strong focus on PowerBI. Tableau experience will be considered.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality data visualisations and insights that drive business value.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyse business processes, objectives, and challenges.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving technology requirements.
- Experience working in an enterprise environment, with a focus on scalability, security, and governance.
