Job Description:
- Able to handle over the counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Assist in customers enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
- Prospect and introduce customers to the products and services
- Educate and migrate customers to use digital platform
- Manage customer wait time and service level.
- Manage customer negative impact and complaints
- Perform all activities in accordance with the regulatory requirement
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to self and team effort by accomplishing related results needed
Requirements:
- Highly adaptable, ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer journeys and digital features
- Adapt at use of data to drive productivity and performance
- Ideally related experience or customer facing experience
- Willing to learn and not afraid to face customers
- IT Savvy (There will be a requirement to use the systems)
- Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel (Simple functions)
- Freshers are welcome (As long as they are okay to take and ready to learn)
Additional Info:
- Normal Hours - 8.10AM to 5PM
- Evening Hours - 9.40AM to 6.30PM
- Rotational Shifts
