Responsibilities:
- Process applications and handle enquiries.
- Attend to Membership and Services enquires and escalated case issues.
- Manage stock inventory for Membership Gift Redemption
- Handle members and public enquiries and support operation activities.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of Membership backend activities.
- Collation of members queries and feedbacks to initiate improvement plan.
- Monitor and maintain CRM to support membership acquisition activities.
- Engage leads to support membership acquisition.
- Updating and monthly reporting on the membership operation and transaction activities.
- Participate in promotional events to engage members and public.
- Administrative duties.
- To assist in any other ad-hoc assignments entrusted from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business/Marketing/Arts Discipline
- Mature, enthusiastic and cheerful personality
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player
