Responsibilities:
• Simple set of accounting
• Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
• Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order.
• Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF, and related bills.
• HR duties to include payroll, and processing CPF submission.
• Responsible for ensuring clients' payments is paid on time.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Admin/Accounts/HR functions.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
