- Handle full spectrum of HR function
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including effective sourcing, resume screening, interviewing and selection techniques for new staff (including applications of work passes or other staff licenses)
- Facilitate smooth onboarding ( and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture
- Prepare and maintain all documentation related to employment, including those associated with hiring, termination, transfers, and promotions.
- Develop and Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual appraisal and 360° evaluations) Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development plans for all employees
- Manage monthly payroll processing and CPF submission and ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulations, including preparation of IR21, IR8A, leave pay and claims etc.
- Handle periodical surveys from government agencies
- Design and maintain human resources policies, procedures, standards, and regulations in alignment with the Singaporean labour laws
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
