Salary: SGD 2,800
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable Convertible)
Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours
Responsibilities:
· To assist the Manager on any project or system enhancement
· Liaise with various departments to determine the system requirements in any Change Requests.
· Understand the functionality of various systems and services to provide support to users
· Develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
· Assist in test data preparation in all enhancements/projects
· Work closely with vendors/IT to resolve any system errors
· Prepare daily statistic on testing status/system issues for management reporting
· Any other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Good learning attitude
- Minimally Diploma in IT or similiar field
