Responsibilities:
· To prepare work order to Malaysia
.prepare material order requisition form for each site need
.Prepare delivery note to send goods to site
.Recieved supplier goods
Prepare undertaking letter for each site
control all material useage for each site
answer in coming call
do documents filing
prepare matter satatement to site
others work related to job site
arranged repare works for changing accessories or water leakage.
· To prepare Work Order and liaise with Production Department for fabrication
· To assist Project Manager in ensuring project executed according to schedule
Requirements:
· Minimum ITE Certificate, Diploma in Architecture / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
·able to read AUTOCAD drawing
· 5.5 days per week
