Human Resource Generalist

Prism Tech Private Limited

The incumbent will be required to execute day to day HR operations activities including work pass applications & renewal applications, pre-onboarding to offboarding documentation & communications to employees are in order.

Recruitment

  • Requesting of pre-onboarding documentation
  • Conducting of reference check
  • Preparation of Letter of Appointment (LOA) including obtaining authorised signatory sign-off/approval.
  • To send off signed LOA to new hire + requesting of onboarding documentation
  • Creating of employee onboarding checklist and ensure pre-onboarding documentation are completed and communications with new hire are completed.
  • Creation of HRIS InfoTech account.
  • Ensure all new hires onboarding are completed as per checklist and updated on Company Vlookup, Airtables, Slack and various communication channels.

Onboarding

  • Preparer will be HR Generalist.
  • Reviewer will be Senior HR Generalist.

Day to Day HR Operations

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for all new hires (virtual or onsite)
  • Administer and Maintain Employees Daily attendance into HRIS InfoTech
  • Administer and Maintain Employees’ records, leave records, medical records (hardcopy & softcopy) in HRIS InfoTech & employee personnel folder
  • Administer and Maintain Employee Medical and Insurance (Enrolment and Exit)
  • Administer confirmation, contract renewals, employment letters
  • Update and maintain company organization chart

Work Pass applications

  • Prepare and process work pass application, issuance and cancellation of work pass
  • Monitor and ensure existing work pass are renewed timely
  • Process travel, dormitory arrangements and immigration issues

Government Surveys

  • Responsible for preparation of data for government surveys (MOM Quarterly labour survey, MOM Annual occupation survey, Dept of Statistics Annual Survey

Ad-hoc

  • Assist & Participate in HR related projects and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
