This is an Internal/In-house, full-time/permanent position with The Adecco Group.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our passionate, go-getter and high-achieving sales team in LHH Singapore. As a Relationship Manager, you will be is responsible for acquiring new clients by developing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and cultivating opportunities to solve those needs with LHH solutions.
You will focus on client business development and account management within an assigned territory, and take responsibility for selling Career Transition, Career Mobility, Leadership Development, Coaching and Team Effectiveness solutions.
You will play a key role in driving business growth, within a sales function that is poised to reach new heights. You will act as the voice of LHH in front of clients and prospects, giving representation to the best of LHH as a global talent solutions organisation.
Key Accountabilities
- Craft and take action on an adaptive sales plan to grow LHH top-line sales revenue within an assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new clients within your territory to generate opportunities for new business and win client contracts at the global, regional and local level
- Develop compelling, impactful sales proposals; and pitch them with flair and charisma to LHH prospects
- Proactively cultivate relationships with existing contacts within your client portfolio to ignite account expansion through cross-selling and up-selling
- Partner with a global network of LHH stakeholders to foster collaboration, lead sharing, opportunity development, and sales excellence
- Exercise astute judgement and commercial acumen at each stage in the sales process from qualification to contracting, to achieve outstanding win-win outcomes for LHH and our clients
- Collaborate effectively with team members in Solutioning, Delivery, Operations and Enabling Functions to enable successful solution implementation for our client
- Proactively monitor all key activities within your territory to ensure accuracy in opportunity and sales forecasting
Job Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of relevant sales experience in the HR consulting, talent solutions, or leadership development space preferred
- Track record of successfully initiating, developing and expanding client relationships to growing a sales territory
- Able to effectively progress sales opportunities from frontline lead generation to deal closure
- Experienced in building relationships and influencing mid-to-senior level stakeholders within an organisation
- Compelling and persuasive communicator, with the ability to balance between listening and challenging others
- Able to communicate at a strategic level to stakeholders with a sense of situational awareness, and market understanding
- Effective and collaborative in executing on account management activities to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Self-starter that is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has a strong work ethic
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
