Job Description:
- Caring for the health, well-being and safety of elderly clients [at all times] in the Senior Care Centre
- Delivering nursing care needs for elderly clients
- Preparing and conducting programme activities for elderly clients
- Organising social and recreational group excursions
- Updating ICPs and relevant records
- Looking after clients’ personal care needs and cleanliness
- Supporting caregivers and volunteers in caring for clients
Job Requirements:
- Any related healthcare certificates.
- Competency in eldercare service e.g. nursing home or eldercare facility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion to care for elderly clients.
- Ability to prepare and conduct care programmes for seniors; e.g. daily news chats, cooking therapy, Art & Craft therapy, singing therapy, dancing, reminiscence therapy; etc
