Client Care:
- Assist in the movement of clients to and from home, activities or events
- Prepare, serve, feed the clients during meal times
- Provide companionship, conversation with clients
- Cleaning and maintaining hygiene of the clients
- Ensure the safety of clients at all time
- Facilitate and create a conducive environment for clients to rest
- Provide feedback to the Manager on client's behavioural changes or issues of concern
- Assist the Manager in managing the client's family and caregiver
Day Care Programme:
- Assist or oversee executive of the Day Care Programme as directed by the Manager
- Assist and encourage the clients to participate in the programmes
- Assist in monitoring the attendance of clients
- Offer feedback, ideas to the Manager in developing new programmes
Requirements:
- Certificate in healthcare
- Relevant work experience in social service / healthcare industry preferred
