Are you a dynamic and results oriented professional with a passion for sales and marketing in the Construction Industry? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager, specializing in timber door marketing. He/she will be reporting to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our company products and boost brand awareness.
- Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc).
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction market and exceed sales targets.
- Understand Clients’ requirements, work closely with QS and Procurement team to prepare quotation to secure sales and provides material forecasts effectively.
- Keeps a close update on the site progress and continual communications with customers to ensure accountability for timely payment and collection.
- Prepare and report on sales forecast management, including data analysis with Excel.
- Develop Powerpoint slide decks for presentation to stakeholders and management whenever required.
- Have the passion to increase knowledge of technical specifications for products, installation, fire-door specifications, worksafe and BCA requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Able to read, interpret blueprint and as-built drawings.
- Class 3 driving licence and ownership of a vehicle (Candidates without a car can be considered)
