JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents for submission
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients
- Handling administrative requests and queries
- Maintain, organize and order general office supplies, including paper, pens, ink/toner, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- O level / Diploma and above
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently
