Job Description:
- Manage your defined market and customers and meet company target for sales and profit growth.
- Identify customer needs, maintain close tabs on customers’ organisation changes/goals in order to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build long term customer loyalty and preference by working with internal functions to maintain company service levels. Look for opportunities to make a difference.
- Create a strong market presence by maintaining high standards of professionalism, and emphasizing value to customer.
- Act as the voice of customer to internal functions to improve company service levels.
- Maintain competitive intelligence of competitors’ products and offerings.
- Take appropriate action to resolves any grievances from employees, complaint by clients or dispute in a manner that protects the interest of the company and maintain a positive customer relation.
- Establishes and maintain effective employee-employer working relationship, particularly for satellite employees at clients' work sites.
- Perform other forms of ad-hoc matters assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience working in the manpower, aviation, BPO or relevant.
- You must be able to demonstrate previous successes in operations, customer relationship scenarios.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- You are someone highly dedicated with a high degree of personal motivation and proven operations records.
- You should be customer oriented.
- Having a valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Able to obtain an Airport Pass.
- Confident in dealing with staff of all ages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team will be required.
- Attend networking session as and when required.
