Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for industry motion controller/PLC/Invertor/servo/stepper products/robotic arm/AGV etc.
- Pre and post sales technical support to customers on product and applications level.
- Provide guidance to customer on products connections, configuration, application, and system testing.
- Able to do cable harnessing, soldering and assembly work.
- Opportunity to participate in the new products evaluation on the latest technologies.
- Able to develop and debug demo/test software IEC 61131(PLC programming) to support customer application program.
- May need to travel overseas for occasional job/training assignments.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science
- Excellent troubleshoot, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in PLC/ C/ Scada programming will be advantageous.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.
