Core Responsibilities:
· Monitor defects in HIP/BTO projects and coordinate necessary actions for resolution.
· Handle incoming complaints via email and phone calls, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
· Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal warehouse/workshop colleagues to facilitate the delivery process, including scheduling deliveries, coordinating shipments, and resolving any logistical issues.
· Maintain organized records of documents from nominated subcontractors and statutory authorities.
· Coordinate the receipt of incoming shipments and ensure proper documentation and storage.
· Prepare project-related documents as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Handle ad-hoc sales inquiries and maintain a customer-oriented approach in all interactions.
· Prepare and issue delivery orders, purchase orders, and other project-related documents as necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
· Collaborate with managers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities effectively.
· Assist in performing all tasks assigned by directors, senior managers, quantity surveyors, or respective superiors, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team objectives.
Job Specifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least a Diploma Holders (Min 3 years’ experience in construction industry).
- Proven experience in project administration roles, preferably in a construction or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with English and Chinese-speaking internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and communication purposes.
- Good time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, maintaining composure and effectiveness in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
