Job Description


1. Practicum

  • Secure and administer Practicum Site placements
  • Source new Practicum Sites
  • Maintain EduTrust compliance standards for all practicum and clinical supervision-related documentation
  • Attend to and resolve students’ practicum and clinical supervision-related concerns and feedback within three working days
  • Provide good quality student-centred service
  • Track, monitor and verify documentation submissions
  • Carry out administrative role related to practicum matters, including maintaining and renewing Service Agreements, contracts, letters and Memoranda of Understanding with Practicum Sites
  • Track and monitor regularly students’ practicum, logs and clinical supervision progress
  • Generate necessary documentation for Practicum Sites and Clinical Supervisors
  • Prepare recommended list of Clinical Supervisors for Clinical and Academic Director’s approval
  • Match and allocate Trainee Counsellors to Practicum Sites and Clinical Supervisors
  • Check Supervisor’s Report for areas of concern
  • Analyse Supervisee’s Feedback Form for areas of strengths and weaknesses of Clinical Supervisors
  • Meet students monthly to gather feedback and provide intervention(s) and support
  • Attend Course Reviews (Closure) to receive feedback on Clinical Supervisors, Practicum Sites and Practicum experience


2. Prepare and Manage of Short Courses and Special Projects

  • Prepare brochures and marketing materials for publicity
  • Conduct cold calls and client outreach
  • Manage course administrative duties, including registration, collection of fees, notification of participants, printing of course notes, and other related administrative duties
  • Track sales and costing for each course run
  • Undertake administration of counselling-related surveys and analysis of findings with Clinical and Academic Director
  • Undertake any other projects as assigned by CEO and the Clinical and Academic Director


Requirements

  • Has a good grasp of the English Language
  • Communicates well, written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possesses good people skills
  • Holds any qualification in Counselling
