Overall job objectives
Responsible for conducting testing according to client’s requirement and International Standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Review samples received, test assignment and sample operation to proper test method and evaluate test results. Data records and elaborate test results and finalize result into test report.
- Handling and ensure sample breakdown correctly before going into laboratory. Test report should follow the correct reporting limit and regulatory limit.
- Monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment / Instrument calibration by schedule.
- Monitoring and maintaining laboratory quality control on each testing according to ISO 17025.
- Following SOPs to perform testing. Sample type included raw materials, hardware components, food contact packaging material, kitchenware environmental control testing, in-process solutions, and semi product / or final product quality testing etc.
- Monitor and ensure the testing result report on time with specific turnaround time of all submissions.
Good to have:
- Analytical knowledge: A good grasp of analytical principles and techniques is essential. This includes concepts like calibration, quantitative analysis, and data interpretation.
- Experience in ICPMS or US / EU consumable product safety requirement or consumable Product Safety Laboratory is an added advantageous.
