Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish project plans and timelines.
- Identify resource requirements, allocate tasks, and coordinate activities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track project progress, manage risks, and mitigate issues proactively.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners/vendors to facilitate project success and drive collaboration.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a champion for change management initiatives, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management and operations management roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) to plan, track, and manage project activities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive operational improvements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
