Order Management Specialist (12-months contract, Renewable)
The Role:
- Supporting role in the Customer Operations department.
- Managing customer order activity throughout order fulfilment cycle.
- This role will require working with team members in North America, Asia and Europe. The business analyst will have an affinity for working with different cultures and be flexible on working hours.
- Managing the data quality of electronic sales order transactions
- Ensure accurate data entry of customer master records and manual data entry of new sales orders and change orders. The specialist responds to internal department by researching order status for purchase orders and sales orders within the Order Management system.
- Competent in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise System to enter manual sales orders into SAP Order Management system.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in execution of transactions in the Order Management module in SAP S/4HANAEnterprise System Flori Apps platform
- Understanding of Order Management, Pricing, Logistics and Trade Compliance processes
- Ability to quickly learn to accurately execute order entry processes from written standard operating procedure documentation.
- Excellent communication skill
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
