Job Scopes:
- Review, develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Offer comprehensive HR and administrative assistance (e.g., drafting appointment letters, conducting new staff orientations, etc.)
- Provide end-to-end HR and administrative support for foreign employees, including handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Oversee government grant claims such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and report submissions
- Supervise employee training and development requirements and manage the full training cycle and courses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
- Undertake any ad hoc or administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- At least 2 years and above of working experience in Human Resource in Singapore
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and Singapore Labour Law and HR practices
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organised, good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player, resourceful and able to work independently to meet datelines
