The Finance Manager reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all consolidation, accounting, reporting and finance functions of the organisation including overseas subsidiaries and portfolios
Job Description
• To provide timely reporting of the organisation and Business Units’ result including financial analysis and financial information for management to monitor performance and formulate business decision.
• To manage all aspects of financial matters including accounting, financial control, financial reporting, variance analysis.
• To ensure all transactional activities are carried out in accordance
• To ensure proper internal controls are in placed to safeguard the interest of the company and compliances to corporate policies.
• To support portfolio companies on financial matters.
• To provide advice to the local team on all accounting-related matters.
Qualification
• Degree majoring in Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent
• Possess Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Possess knowledge and working experience in Oracle Fusion and FCCS
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially excel
