JOB DESCRIPTION
The insurance HOD is authorized and encouraged to handle customer complaints and resolve issues that are beyond the scope of line level employees
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Manages a team of insurance admin assistants
- Oversees day to day insurance operations on new and renewal cases
- Oversees daily payments related to insurance department including preparing of bank transfers.
- Reviews statement of accounts from the insurance companies
- Prepares monthly management reports for insurance department.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Attends managers meetings as requested.
