2 days a week
Responsibility :
- Cashier
- Handle queries and complaints, schedule appointments.
- Helping clients with Package selecting (sales)
- Responsible for keeping the workplace well maintained and smooth operation day to day (cleaning, taking notes etc)
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with clients.
- Walk daycare doggies - small and medium doggies , usually 1-5 doggies
- Maintain high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements and skills :
- Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
- Not afraid to handle and take care of dogs
- Able to work independently and Problem-solving ability with analytical skill
- Excellent communication, written and people skills in both English and Mandarin fluently
- Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
- Customer oriented and professional attitude.
