We have 2 opening for Data Center Batch Operation position (1 year contract under employment agency payroll)
Suitable for Singaporean individuals with a Nitec in IT, in good physical health to commit to a 12 hour rotating shift (2 Days, 2 Off, 2 Nights pattern), eager to learn about batch operation management, and able to commit to a full 1 year contract (Training provided)
Work location: Novena, Revenue House
Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift, (2Day, 2Off, 2Night pattern, need to work on weekend and public holiday as per duty roster)
- Day Shift: 7.30 am to 7.30 pm
- Night Shift: 7.30pm to 7.30am
Salary inclusive of Shift allowance and Public Holiday allowance: $2400 - $2950
Incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to reporting manager’s appraisal, 10 days Annual leave, 14 days Medical Leave & benefits, Group Insurance coverage
The primary responsibilities for this position include batch monitoring and execution.
Job scope of DC Operation (Batch Operation):
- Support and monitor the wellbeing of the Data Centre
- Support & Monitoring / Execution Batch operation jobs
- Support & manage the wellbeing of Safe Keepers (Account IDs)
- Undertake weekly/Monthly envelopes inventory etc..
- Perform request fulfilment to register customer request etc Adhoc / Data Recovery SR)
- Provide Operation support during IRAS DR pertaining to Batch execution.
- Coordinate with Batch owner to Batch job failure timely.
- To work cohesively with customer / inner team
Requirements:
- Must be keen to go into data center batch monitoring and executing jobscope
- Singaporean (Need to clear G50 security clearance)
- Able to commit to 12 hours Rotating Shift (2Day, 2off, 2Night pattern, need to work on weekend and public holiday)
- Must be able to commit for the full 1 year contract
- Willing to learn and punctual for work
- Open to candidates without prior experience in Data Centers, on job training will be provided
