Job Description:

  • Assist to develop the project plans, policies, procedures, and performance standards in compliance with the company policies, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.
  • Assist in planning the project schedules according to the customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track and update the schedule progress.
  • Monitor the project progression to ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the Testing & Commissioning (T/C) schedules.
  • Coordinate and work closely with the stakeholders, external parties, and customers to plan, organize, and other related activities for the assigned projects.
  • Liaise, monitor, and support all the concerned parties to facilitate smooth project activities and effective operations.
  • Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and system designs.
  • Perform project management duties including submission of documents with reference to specification compliances, attend project meeting, system coordination, design and plan out shop drawing.
  • Liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors to settle all technical matters.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the transportation related projects dealing with Tunnel Ventilation works and familiar with IEC 61508 and document submission for transportation projects.
  • Strong knowledge and full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC / ACMV control like AHU, Chillers, RCU etc
  • Experience in SCADA software and strong knowledge of Industrial Control and Building Management System
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming
  • Experience in Building Management System (BMS) / Environmental Control System (ECS) is a must.
  • Strong knowledge in designing a system for BMS/ECS system.
  • Able to manage full project cycle independently with minimum supervision and a good team player.
