Position: Trade Operations Specialist
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5000
Job Description:
- Supporting the Sales Team with trade entry, life cycle management, and sales volume reporting for management.
- Handle ad hoc requests from Sales teams
- Collaborating closely with Operations to ensure smooth and timely trade capture and events management.
- Participation in process improvement and automation projects.
- Conduct operational reconciliations on trade dates and post-trade dates to ensure successful trade flow and accurate books and records.
- Manage real-time trade booking exceptions internally between the trading desk and sales force and Back Office.
- Assist in project initiatives aimed at improving and streamlining existing processes.
- Monitor trade flow exceptions and undertake necessary resolutions.
- Respond to inquiries from trading and sales force.
- Maintain liaison with the Front Desk, Back Office, Comptrollers, Auditors, Head Office, and IT support regarding P&L reporting issues as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Analytical with problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years of Operations Experience, preferbly in the finance sector.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Murex, Python, and Numerix is a plus.
