What are we expecting from you?
- Reporting to Managing Director South East Asia and Oceania and as part of the SEAO Executive Committee, acts as a key player of the ambitious development of South East Asia, defines and implements the marketing and communication strategy for the market, partnering closely with Regional and International HQ stakeholders.
- Develop strategic plans and calendars on event, PR, media to enhance Maison identity and its awareness.
- Develop the marketing strategy and local 360 action plan for all products categories, including Jewelry, High Jewelry, Bridal and Watches, review the key directions with Managing Director and implement the plan on time within budget.
- Oversee stock and inventory level to support sales with input on sales forecast and feedback on boutique assortments.
- Lead a team of 12 and elevate their competencies to cope with further business expansion as well as individual development of the team.
