Responsibilities
- Experience in pre & post contract administration
- Prepare tender cost submission/measurement/quantity take off/cost evaluation
- Request for quotation from the respective trades and nego for best quote
- Evaluate price comparison and costing summary
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and final account closing
- Follow up effectively on payment certificate and payment with the clients
- Arrangements on sample submission, if required
- Maintenance of project documentation
- Request for purchase order and payment requisition
- Ad-hoc relevant duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Quantity Surveyor, Project & Facilities Management or Building / Construction Management)
- Minimum 2-years of relevant working experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Have good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
