Accounts cum Admin Executive
5 days Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm
$2,500 – $3,500
Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
- Keep full set of accounts.
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Prepare cheque payments for suppliers & petty cash.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Prepare monthly P&L reports in excel format.
- Prepare monthly comparison reports.
- Prepare year end audit schedule.
- HR & Payroll.
- GST & CPF Submission.
- Handle phone calls, mails maintain filling and general admin support.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Degree/LCCI International Qualification - Level 2
• Preferably 1-2 years working experience in Accounting Dept or Auditing firm.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Auto Count.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
