Job Responsibilities
· Deploy, configure, manage, and maintain virtualized infrastructure.
· Experience in deploying, troubleshooting and support in Linux and Red Hat.
· Experience in deploying, troubleshooting and support in VMware, HDS, HPE, Dell, EMC, Lenovo, IBM.
· Working experience and knowledge in Linux is mandatory.
· Create documentation, perform root cause analysis, quickly identify trends and recommend possible solutions.
· Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software related issues.
· Serve as a primary support and maintenance resource for customers.
· Perform required maintenance off hours and support 24x7 operations.
· Participate in requirements gathering.
· Present and promote solutions and services to highlight value add.
Job Requirements
· 2+ year’s experiences in Linux, Red Hat, Storage and Virtualization technology.
· Knowledge of server systems, storage systems, virtualization technologies and networking.
· Knowledge of data centre route/switch technology, backup/recovery in a virtual environment.
· Understanding of active directory architecture, DNS administration.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong coordination and project skills.
· Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs.
· Assess and evaluate current virtual computing infrastructure, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
· Keen to learn and a team player.
· Singaporean is preferred.
Qualifications
· Minimum Diploma in computer science, information technology, computer programming, or similar.
