- Follow up all the engineering materials (technology/new product/industrial changes related) running in clean room (diffusion & EWS) to track their cycle time, to schedule the testing and the analysis, up to the disposition for back-end activities (assembly/final test trials)
- Project leader for the execution of the electrical wafer sorting roadmap for SiC diodes to use the most advanced test equipment and advanced test solution.
- The analysis of electrical wafer sorting data for non-conform material and lead the board to propose most relevant disposition based on non-conform material analysis to build and sustain a data base of the either process or electrical signature and address the issues by a plan defined with a cross functional team.
- The development of statistical based routine to better detect outlier device.
The perspectives around Silicon Carbide are tremendous and will allow you to evolve in a very dynamic and fast-paced world of power devices. This job means a lot of interactions between Singapore, Tours and Catania in a multidisciplinary team.
