The Opportunity

The Adobe Asia Digital Experience market is growing quickly, and we need a strong leader who can build outstanding Customer Experience that will help us successfully acquire, grow and retain customers. In Asia, we run business in 10 countries with different languages and need ability to coordinate in diversified environment. You will partner with sales leaders and your team to assess existing and emerging opportunities in developing your go-to-market plans. You will work together with regional marketing team to develop marketing plans that deliver vertical, segment and customer lifecycle results required to achieve bookings & pipeline targets for the enterprise business. We are looking for someone extra-ordinary who can scale the unscalable and rapidly expand their capabilities.

What you'll Do

You are a highly qualified Enterprise B2B marketing leader who knows how to create amazing experiences. You have boundless energy, ideas, and a passion to innovate who can lead and deliver results in a fast paced & dynamic environment.

Planning & Strategy:

  • Establish annual and quarterly marketing strategy & plans (and optimize in quarter) to deliver Marketing Bookings & Marketing Pipeline goals.
  • Developing a deep understanding of your customers, country business environments and Adobe products/strategies will be keys to build plans that yield success in each country.
  • Scale across the region implementing innovative marketing approaches to improve return on marketing spend.

Customer Experiences:

  • Ability to orchestrate with cross functional teams to understand customers to design amazing experiences that deliver measurable results in each customer segment.
  • Provide clear guidance to your team on coordinating a wide mix of marketing tactics including Events, Exec Engagement, and Account-based personalized experiences.
  • Introduce new marketing approaches, processes and optimization techniques to better connect with customers in meaningful ways and thereby achieve results.

Results:

  • Implement and ensure strong adoption of a business management systems that allows your leadership and yourself to manage a predictable, cohesive and successful marketing team.
  • Responsible for delivering results on plans including the insights, analysis, reporting & communication of results to the broader team.

What you need to succeed

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B Marketing in Enterprise, preferably in the technology or software industry (knowledge of Adobe DX products preferred).
  • People Manager with experience managing virtual team members.
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication and experience working across matrix organizations & in remote working environment.
  • Proven success in developing customer-focused, multi-year marketing strategies including deployment, measurement, evaluation of return and optimization using innovative approaches.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, delegate, coordinate and prioritize work to deliver to growth goals. Ability to be flexible to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numeric skills, able to analyze data, understand trends & measure success of programs in order to optimize results.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them, proactive nature
  • Experience working in an international, Asia-wide organization preferred.
  • Multi-language highly sought after. English is a requirement, Korean and Chinese is a plus.
