Business Development Manager

Your duties as Business Development Manager shall be:

• Assist to maintain and grow business relationship with current clients while assisting

with on-boarding new clients and help clients to better understand the full potential of

our products.

• Liaison between the client and client services. Responsible for collaborating with

different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and

enhance customer satisfaction.

• Plan and organize the activities required to run the daily operations, including planning

purchases, negotiation procurement and general office duties.

• Report to one or more executive in the organization and handle project management in

terms of making work assignments, tracking process, writing process reports and

trouble-shooting issues that arises on a daily basis.

• You are to execute with diligence all policies and instructions laid down by Management

from time to time. You shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

to you, at your best endeavour and in good faith, by the Company.


Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and

campaigns that directly affect each client.

• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be

employed by other departments as well.

• Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase

customer satisfaction.

• Become the reliable point of contact that is required to establish a strong business

relationship.

• Develop policies and procedures for the resolution of client issues and problems

• Take responsibility of arising client issues and proffer recommendations useful in

addressing such problems.

• Liaise with business operation, marketing, and sales team to ensure products and

delivery align with client services objectives.

• Monitor and ensure the customer relationship management database is up to date

• Maintenance office administrative records, quality documentation and Housekeeping

including digital assets.

• Response to all incoming requests and queries with a high level of efficiency and

professionalism.

• You are to execute with diligence all policies and instructions laid down by Management
