Executive Assistant cum Project Coordinator (US MNC)

Randstad Pte. Limited

about the company

My client is a management consulting firm with a strong global presence and has been established for more than 50 years.

about the job

While this role requires you to extend superb secretarial support, the main bulk of scope will be focused on managing projects alongside your senior consultant(s), requiring you to work in close partnership with the senior consultant(s) by keeping on top of project targets and timelines, to deliver high quality work for your senior-level clients. You will be required to prioritise, adapt and ensure smooth execution of processes and communication, while functioning as the key liaison point between all your stakeholders and inform the team of any critical updates to the project. In this role, you will need to liaise with external C-suite / top management stakeholders to schedule meetings and calls with the consultant(s), and to coordinate intensive travel arrangements and manage hectic calendars to deconflict their appointments. The preparation and formatting of project documents and meeting materials, along with expense report processing and client invoicing, will also fall under your care.

about the manager/team

You will report directly to the Senior Consultant whom you are supporting and will collaborate with internal and external regional/global stakeholders daily.

skills and experience required

You should be tertiary educated and have at least 5 years of experience in a secretarial role, preferably in a consulting firm or within the professional services industry. You will need to be strong in prioritising and balancing multiple project responsibilities effectively and provide quality service to clients by adapting to different audiences. Having superb communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, and being able to practise critical thinking to foresee potential challenges and resolve issues under minimal supervision, will greatly contribute to your success in this role.

In return, you will receive target bonus and flexible benefits on top of a fixed base salary. You can also look forward to working in partnership with your team in a fast-moving environment, where you will be exposed to great learning and development opportunities for you to advance further in your career.
