Job Desciption:
- The individual in this role will take on the dual responsibilities of post-sales Engagement Management and the position of Business Systems Analyst.
- As the Engagement Manager, they will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring proactive and timely responses to project requirements, concerns, and deliveries.
- Adopting a consultative approach, the person will address client pain points and needs, actively presenting various solution offerings to enhance Newgen's business with existing customers.
- In the capacity of a Business Systems Analyst, the individual will possess comprehensive functional expertise in Newgen products and solutions, coupled with a deep understanding of the technical architecture of these products.
- Their duties will involve engaging with clients' business user and process owner groups, effectively gathering business requirements. This information will be meticulously documented to minimize ambiguity and facilitate seamless communication with the development/configuration team.
- The goal is to guide the project forward and ensure deliveries with minimal issues or gaps.
Desired Profile:
- The ideal candidate must hold a degree from a reputable institution and possess 6 to 8 years of experience as a system analyst or marketing professional, specifically for software products such as ERP, CRM, and DMS in sectors like BPOs, Banking, Financial Institutions, Insurance, e-governance, and Telecom.
- A comprehensive understanding of software product market dynamics and software development processes is essential.
- Proficiency in software implementation, interpersonal relationship skills, effective communication, and customer relationship management is crucial.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in delivering software solutions in BPOs or the Retail Banking/Insurance sector.
