Responsibilities:
Process Checking:
- Regularly review and check IT processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance compliance.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to ISO compliance efforts.
- Ensure that documentation, policies, and procedures are aligned with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address and rectify any non-compliance issues.
Training and Awareness:
- Assist in organising and conducting training sessions on ISO standards and compliance.
- Raise awareness among employees regarding the importance of ISO compliance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT administration, information security, or a related role.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and auditing processes.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of security.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
