We are seeking a well-rounded data engineer to join our team. As part of the Global Post Market Quality and Data Analytics team, you will play an integral role in processing consumer feedback through data quality assurance, data modelling, data integration and automation. Under a diverse team, you will have a plethora of opportunities to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally to streamline data processes.
What you will do
- Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data movement. Use ETL processes to extract and store data from various sources and transform it into a clean and usable format.
- Develop and implement data models to support business intelligence, reporting and analytics requirements.
- Integrate data from different sources (internal/external) to provide a unified and comprehensive view of the data.
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data. Identify and address data quality issues.
- Write scripts and use automation tools to streamline data processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside of the team to understand data needs and streamline data.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data science, Computer Engineering, Computing, IT or any other related field.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in data roles.
- SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel knowledge required. Proficiency in other programming languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrating data sets from various systems, identifying gaps and presenting visualized data using Power BI.
- Able to handle structured data from various sources and formats (e.g.: from customers and operations), such as complaints and returns.
- Basic knowledge in quality processes (medical device industry) is a plus.
